What do I need to use the integration?▼
An active WaLead.ai account and a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan. If you're on Team or Enterprise, your admin must have custom connectors enabled.
Why do I need a paid Claude plan?▼
Custom connectors are only available on paid plans. That's an Anthropic restriction, not a WaLead one.
What does each agent do exactly?▼
Finder finds leads, Screener filters them, Qualifier researches them, Prospector launches campaigns, Closer handles replies, and Analyst analyzes results.
Can I use only some of the agents?▼
Yes. Each agent is independent. Install only the ones you need.
Is the connection secure?▼
Yes. Your WaLead API key never leaves our servers. Claude only accesses the data you authorize, and you can revoke access anytime.
Can I disconnect it anytime?▼
Yes. From Claude.ai you can disconnect the connector whenever you want.
I see the error "access forbidden: session key lacks permission for organization" — what do I do?▼
Your Claude Team/Enterprise admin hasn't authorized custom connectors. Ask them to enable it in Settings → Connectors.
How much does the integration cost?▼
Nothing extra. Agent actions use your regular WaLead credits according to your plan.
Does it work in clients other than Claude?▼
Today it's optimized for Claude.ai and Claude Desktop. Other clients that follow the standard should work, with no compatibility guarantee outside Claude.
How do I give feedback or report an issue?▼
Message us in the support chat (bottom-right corner of the app) or reach out to the Copilot.
